  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $9.99 per order applies to orders under $68.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10-15 business days.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package at any time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to improper handling cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
